Product information
The website explains the available protection features and distinguishes capabilities still in rollout. VARQOO provides additional RDP security controls; it does not guarantee that every attack will be detected or replace Windows updates, secure credentials, appropriate network controls or backups.
Trial and licenses
The trial lasts 15 days. A paid license applies to the server capacity and term purchased. Protection depends on a valid license and the software's documented operating requirements. Read the license terms delivered with the software before installation or use.
Prices and billing periods
Monthly and annual plans are described on the pricing page. An annual plan is billed as a single annual payment; a monthly equivalent shown for comparison is not an installment plan. Check the currency, billing period and applicable taxes on the hosted checkout before confirming a purchase.
Subscription management
For recurring subscriptions, the billing period and renewal details are shown at checkout. Use the secure Manage subscription link to update the payment method or request cancellation at the end of the current paid period. If the link has expired, request a new link from the subscription management page using your purchase email.
Payment and license delivery
Payment processing uses Stripe. License delivery follows backend payment verification. The return page may briefly show verification in progress while the payment notification is processed. Contact support if you have completed payment and the license email does not arrive.
Use of the website
Use the website and forms for legitimate product, purchase and support requests. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. Website and product material may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Support and applicable rights
Contact support for billing issues, cancellation questions or other requests. These website terms do not remove any mandatory rights applicable to your purchase. The checkout and the software license agreement provide the relevant transaction and software terms.
